A quick look at our game portfolio above gives you a clear indication of the many casino table games you can enjoy when playing at our casino online. The best thing about these games is that they provide you with the comfort of RNG games, but at the same time also deliver the buzz of live casino tables!

A Brief History of Table Games and Casino

As already mentioned, table games are not a new invention in any way; they've been around for centuries. Archeologists found dice that were used thousands of years ago and we can only imagine what type of table games they were playing at the time! If we look into the more ‘recent’ history of casino table games, the year of 1638 stands out from the rest due to the fact it was the year in which the world’s first casino opened its doors: Italy’s ‘Casino di Venezia’.

Nowadays, casinos have come a long way so much so that you could enjoy the charm of land-based casinos straight from the comfort of your own couch! No need to dress up and travel to your nearest casino anymore - those days are over. Now you can simply switch on your device and enjoy casino table games online at your own pace or even in live format, if you’re looking for a more authentic experience!

Top Casino Table Games

Blackjack

Holding rank as the world’s most popular table game, Blackjack is a battle of player versus dealer. In a nutshell, it’s a quest to beat the dealer by getting your cards to hit 21 or as close to it as possible without going over or bust, if you want a head start on table lingo. Once you’re seated, place a bet and let the magic begin. For betting rounds and learning when to stay, hit, split or even double, jump over to our handy How To Play Blackjack Guide.

Baccarat

Easier to play than it is to say! Baccarat is a card table game that requires very little decision making from you. The game itself comes down to a two and sometimes three card hand held by ‘The Banker’ and ‘The Player’. Note, you’re not the ‘player’ in this situation – these are just labels for the two hands in play and you’re simply picking a side to bet on. Each round of play will have an outcome of a player win, a banker win or a tie. And, all you have to do to win moola is predict the outcome of this duel!

Roulette

Played on its literal french translation, a little wheel, roulette is a very exciting game with building anticipation! There are 36 number segments on the European roulette wheel that are either red or black, with the exception of a green zero (or two if you’re playing an American roulette). You can place bets on single numbers, chunks of numbers, colours or odd versus even to name a few options – all with the end goal of predicting where the ball will land when it drops off the spinning wheel. Simple, fun, and to be honest, quite exhilarating with paydays that can hit 37:1.

Hold’em Poker

Hold’em refers to a poker game where community cards are used. If you’ve taken in a WPT event in Niagara Falls, or the WSOP in Vegas, you’ve seen this in full action. Let’s focus on Texas Hold’em Poker, as it’s by far the most popular. It starts with two hole cards, dealt face down. Through a series of betting rounds, you can stay in the game with calls, raises, or bow out with a fold.

When the dealin’s done (shout out to Kenny, here!), there will be 5 shared community cards on the table.

The goal is to make the best five-card poker hand possible using any combination of your hole cards and community cards. Another variation is Omaha Hold’em, which plays very similarly; it deals out four initial hole cards and players must use exactly two hole cards and three from the community five to create a poker hand.

Caribbean Stud Poker

As the popularity of five-card poker grew, Caribbean Stud was invented to pull poker players onto table games. And as it had to shapeshift into a casino table game, it’s set up as player versus dealer Players put up an ante/bet to signify they’re in the game, and when it’s settled for play to begin, everyone receives 5 cards face down. Betting rounds begin and as each dealer card is revealed, players can continue to stay in the game with a raise (2x ante) or fold. As with all poker games, your hand is going to need to beat the dealer’s for a win.

Three Card Poker

As with all poker games, it starts with an ante to signify you’re in the round. If you wish, a pair wager can also be placed, banking on your hand holding a pair or better. Three cards are dealt face down before betting rounds begin. Are you staying in? If so, ante up. If not, fold. This is a game of player versus dealer with some pretty fat payouts. Take a straight flush at 40:1, or three of a kind for 30:1. Here’s some good news too. If the dealer has a hand of Jack-high or worse, your wager is returned. Queen-high or better for the dealer and it’s a 1:1 if you can beat their hand. And finally, if the dealer’s hand just straight up wins, you lose (of course, you saw that coming).

Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow is a game of rankings that combines both the ancient Chinese game and poker. Players arrange their seven cards into two hands – one two card hand and one five card hand. The goal is to arrange cards so that both hands rank higher than the Banker’s. So, your two card hand must rank higher than the Banker’s two card hand, and the same goes for the five card hands in play. Don’t you just love card games and all their possibilities?

Craps

If you’ve ever been to a brick & mortar casino, you’ve likely heard cheers from the craps table and maybe even caught a little dice kissing. High energy indeed! In its most basincess, your goal is to predict the outcomes of two dice. Betting can be placed against a player or the dealer. The round starts with a roll, and that number becomes the ‘point’ – marked by a puck on the number on the table. The goal is to continue to roll that same number before a seven hits.

Sic Bo

A three dice game that may just become your new favourite. It all starts with the dealer tossing the dice – not literally – as these dice are enclosed in a shaker. You’ve got two bets to consider in Sic Bo. The first – a bet on the sum of all three dice. The second – a bet on which numbers pop up on one, two, or all three of the dice. That’s really all there is to it – ready to shake, rattle, bet and roll?

Andar Bahar

Translating to inside and outside in Hindi, Andar Bahar is a simple game of chance. Well, I guess in gambling we should narrow that down for you. Popular in India, the goal is to predict whether the Andar or the Bahar box wins. The dealer begins the round by shuffling and revealing the first card or Joker. Players then place bets on which box they think the Joker will hit first. Choose it correctly, and you’re a winner.

Casino War

Ever been a kid? Of course you have, and you likely played a very simple card game called War. Unless you were a creative wee one, the rules here are likely the same. It’s a dealer versus player game in which you’re betting on who draws the higher card. Now, if those two cards match, well you’ve just called on a War! In Casino War that means double up your original bet and await another round of high versus low.
