Winning the Presidents’ Trophy in 2024-25 showed that the roster could perform at a high level throughout the regular season. The challenge has been carrying that form through several playoff rounds against strong Western opponents. Columbus Blue Jackets
After beginning play in 2000-01, the franchise waited until 2009 to make its first playoff appearance. Boston ended the run in six games during the second round, which remains the best finish in club history.
