It’s no surprise that here at LeoVegas we love all things Irish so when we heard there was a Gods of Ireland slot on the market, made by Red Rake Gaming, we wasted no time in adding it to our portfolio of slot games.

You won’t see this one on the reels too often but one or two appearances of it and you’ll be ‘in clover’ (no pun intended) pretty quickly. The symbol can only appear on the middle reel to activate the Green Fairy Wilds Feature, leading to fairies randomly deciding to turn other symbols into Wilds.

Dagda (or The Dagda to give him his proper name) is, spoiler alert, one of the Gods of Ireland that gives its name to the game. In fact, he’s the Chief God.

If he appears fully stacked on the middle reel, he’ll be instantly turned into three silver coins at the start of the feature. Each coin will have a random value on it, or a Mini, Minor or Major win.

You’ll initially get three re-spins but a further appearance from the great Dagda will see them re-set to three and the silver coins will magically be converted into gold ones.

All the cash accumulated via the gold coins will be awarded to you at the end of the round, but you can go one better than that: fill all 15 positions with Dagda, gold or silver coins and the Grand Jackpot will be heading your way. The other three Jackpots – Mini, Minor and Major- can also be pocketed during the round.

Appearing on Reels 2, 3 and 4, three Bonus symbols will trigger the free spins round with the kicker being that you don’t know instantly what you’re going to get when that happens.

You keep picking tiles from the grid until you’ve found three that are the same. Once you’ve got three identical symbols, they’ll lead to one of these types of free spins:

The clover symbol can only appear on Reels 1, 3 and 5 and it’s certainly a sign of good luck if you get three of them. That’s because a Minislot will be launched where spinning it will give you multipliers and cash prizes.

Now that we’ve had Dagda and clovers, it’s somewhat inevitable that a rainbow is going to be featured next. And it is. If it appears bang on the middle reel, you’ll be taken to a separate screen with eight steps on it.
