Why didn’t I pass the automatic checks?

There could be several reasons why you may not have passed these checks, however, the most frequent reasons are as follows:

. You may have entered the incorrect details

. You could have inputted a typing error when filling in details to create your account

. Your Address details may have changed recently

Why do I have to send documents?

LeoVegas is certified and regulated by the MGA as a result, we are license bound to validate your identity at some point.

Rest assured your documents are held on an encrypted secure server.

How do I know if my documents have been verified?

As soon as your account has been verified we will send confirmation to your registered e-mail address. If any of the documents you have sent us do not meet our requirements we will let you know as soon as possible.

How long does the verification process take?

Usually your documents are verified within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when it's all done or if any of the documents do not meet our requirements.

What happens if I've changed my last name?

If your name has been changed since the creation of your account this can be verified using one of the following documents:

  • Marriage Certificate.
  • Two acceptable ID DocumentsOne showing the previous name and one in the new name.
  • Proof of name change from Tax Agency.
  • Change of name Deed Poll.

Which documents can you accept to verify my identity?

  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • Travel Document (Passport Card)

Please ensure that the images are clear and all 4 corners of the document are visible. Please don't cover any part of the image and ensure they are not past their expiry date.

Which documents can you accept as proof of address?

  • Utility Bill – Such as Gas, Electric, Water, TV, Internet, Mobile 
  • Bank Statement 
  • Credit Card Statement 
  • Tax/Welfare Letter

The document must be dated within the last 3 months or we will not be able to accept it. We need to be able to see your name, address and date of issue on a letterhead paper from the company that sent it to you.

How can I verify my payment methods I have used?

  • Credit/Debit card: Needs to show the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name and expiry date. Please cover the other digits. We also don't need to see the back, but keep in mind that all 4 corners needs to be visible.
  • Neteller or Skrill: Screenshot showing the email, account number/ID and your name.
  • Bank Account: Bank Statement or Screenshot from your on-line banking account showing your name and account details.

How do I verify an expired/lost card?

There may be an option such as “Card History” or “Debit Cards” on your online banking. We require a screenshot of the card history, which must also include your name and bank details.

Failing that, you can call into a branch of your bank where they will be able to print out proof for you and stamp it.
