There could be several reasons why you may not have passed these checks, however, the most frequent reasons are as follows:
. You may have entered the incorrect details
. You could have inputted a typing error when filling in details to create your account
. Your Address details may have changed recently

As soon as your account has been verified we will send confirmation to your registered e-mail address. If any of the documents you have sent us do not meet our requirements we will let you know as soon as possible.
Usually your documents are verified within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email when it's all done or if any of the documents do not meet our requirements.
If your name has been changed since the creation of your account this can be verified using one of the following documents:
Please ensure that the images are clear and all 4 corners of the document are visible. Please don't cover any part of the image and ensure they are not past their expiry date.
The document must be dated within the last 3 months or we will not be able to accept it. We need to be able to see your name, address and date of issue on a letterhead paper from the company that sent it to you.
There may be an option such as “Card History” or “Debit Cards” on your online banking. We require a screenshot of the card history, which must also include your name and bank details.
Failing that, you can call into a branch of your bank where they will be able to print out proof for you and stamp it.
