General Verification Queries:

How do we verify your account?

We use several reliable online databases to confirm the details you have entered for your Members account, one of which being the Electoral Roll. These checks would ensure that your name, date of birth and address is true and correct.

If these mentioned checks find any indifferences in the details you have provided compared to the online database checks, your account will be automatically locked, and we will send an email to request documentation which will verify your account details.

Once your documents and account is verified, you will be able to use your Members account in full again.

Documentation will normally be in the form of ID and a Proof of Address. More details can be found here: (link to FAQ request docs)
