Real Madrid v Sevilla - 3:00pm, 18th January

We start off in Spain as Sevilla head to Madrid looking to become the first side to take three points away from the Santiago Bernabeu this campaign. Madrid will be buoyant that their opponents haven’t won at the Bernabeu since 2008 when Renato scored a late winner for Sevilla in a match that ended 3-4. The sides were evenly matched in the reverse fixture as a fantastic Karim Benzema header was the difference, and only Lionel Messi has managed more goals than the Frenchman this season as the 32-year old looks to prove that age is just a number. These two sides come into this game off the back of contrasting fixtures, whilst Madrid faced arguably their toughest task so far this season in the Spanish Super Cup against Atletico Madrid, Sevilla travelled to UM Escobedo, a team in the fourth tier of Spanish football. That being said, Sevilla have the best away record in La Liga this season and they are definitely capable of causing an upset here.

Double Chance: Sevilla or Draw - ODDS: 7/5

Despite Sevilla being a reputable opponent, Madrid have won almost 65% of fixtures featuring the two sides with their largest win coming in December 2017, where a Cristiano Ronaldo brace sent Madrid on their way to a 5-0 win. There were concerns in the Madrid camp that Benzema might not be available for this fixture but after participating in training, the French talisman is expected to start in a fixture that usually provides viewers with a lot of goals.

Bet Builder: Madrid Win, Over 2.5 Goals, Benzema to score - ODDS: 11/5
