You will be held fully responsible and will hold LeoVegas harmless for any use, misuse or abuse of Your Member Account, occurring due to Your disclosure of Your login details to any third party, whether intentional, accidental, active or passive.

9.2. If You believe that Your login details have been disclosed to a third party, You should notify LeoVegas immediately to have Your login details reset. Unless the third party use of Your Member Account is caused by a culpable behaviour of LeoVegas, any use of Your Member Account will be deemed as Your own.

9.3. Additionally, should LeoVegas detect or suspect that any other person other than You, is using Your Member Account, LeoVegas reserves the right to suspend or close Your Member Account and retain any funds therein, if it is not sure, whether the pay-out-request originates from You or from a third, unauthorized person, in its absolute discretion.

10. LeoVegas VIP Program

10.1. LeoVegas reserves the right to change the rules for the LeoVegas VIP Program at any time. 10.2. Once you have registered and created a Member Account, You will automatically become a member of the LeoVegas VIP Program. When playing for real money You will increase Your VIP level and have the chance to earn special rewards. Should you wish to opt-out of the LeoVegas VIP Program, you can do so upon registration or from your Member Account profile.

10.3. The VIP level is personal to You and Your Member Account, and can in no way be transferred to other users, Member Accounts or third parties.

11. Member Account Administration

11.1. Any deposit You make into Your Member Account will be held for Your use until You place a bid for a bet, or accept a bet on the Website. LeoVegas will then hold such amount awaiting the outcome of the bet.

11.2. The amount You have staked which represents Your current exposure at any time is referred to as the “Total Bet”, or any other equivalent term as described in the Game and/or Game Rules from time to time. The total balance in Your Member Account, less the Total Bet, is the remaining amount of money in Your Member Account which has not yet been used for a bet and is referred to as Your "Available to Bet" balance. This will determine Your betting limit.

11.3. LeoVegas will calculate Your Available to Bet balance, from time to time, as well as settling other bets made by You with other users through Your participation in the Games.

11.4. LeoVegas’s calculations of Your Reserved Amount, Your Available to Bet balance and any amounts owed by You in terms of these T&Cs will be final and, in the absence of any manifest error, will not be subject to any enquiry, challenge or investigation.

11.5. LeoVegas will both on a market basis and in general set off any losses against any gains made to Your balance.

11.6. When You have matched a bet on the Website, LeoVegas will hold the amount staked awaiting the outcome of the event and declare a winner. At this point the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. Nor can any amount held by LeoVegas in this respect be withdrawn.

11.7. You may participate in a Game only, if Your identity has been verified, or, if you have provided a copy of your ID-card/passport/residence-permit for the opening of a preliminary Member Account (with a duration of max. 30 days and allowing max. stakes of EUR 150 and no withdrawals), and, if You have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation. LeoVegas does not grant any credit for the use of its services and will not give You any credit for a participation in any Game.

11.8. Information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account, can be found under “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified on these pages as may be amended from time to time. Please note that no anonymous payment methods will be allowed.

11.9. Depending on the method selected for deposits, such deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see "My Account" and "Deposit" for each deposit method. Your bank or other payment service provider may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.

11.10. All transactions to and from the player account have to be undertaken in Euros. The balances in the player accounts always have to be displayed in Euros and euro-Cents. Therefore, LeoVegas only accepts payments made in Euros.

11.11. When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when LeoVegas has received an irrevocable approval and authorisation code. Should LeoVegas not receive such approval and code Your Member Account will not be credited with those funds.

11.12. LeoVegas reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Member Account.

11.13. You shall not treat LeoVegas as a financial institution. Credit balances in Your Member Account will not bear interest.

12. General rules for participating in Games

12.1. You can only place a bet on the Website and Games after opening a Member Account and depositing sufficient funds in Your Member Account. Moreover, either Your identity needs to be fully verified, or, You need to have provided a copy of Your ID-card/passport/residence-permit for the opening of a preliminary Member Account, which may be opened for a maximum duration of 30days and allowing maximum stakes of EUR 150. Withdrawals are prohibited with a preliminary Member Account.

12.2. LeoVegas retains the right, at its absolute discretion, to stop offering any of its Games at any point. Any money already staked or placed on such a Game before LeoVegas decided to terminate the offering with immediate effect will be refunded back to You by LeoVegas.

12.3. Any bet You place on the Website and Games will be governed by the version of these T&Cs and Game Rules valid at the time of the bet’s acceptance.

12.4. A bet is deemed to have been accepted as soon as it is received on the LeoVegas system, validated and processed. Confirmation is then sent to Your device or computer with a unique number and/or time stamp.

12.5. LeoVegas retains the absolute right and discretion to decline to accept bets on any Game without providing any reason.

12.6. The list of all the bets You place and the respective details are available to You on Your Member Account.

12.7. Should LeoVegas decide to close Your account for any reason as explained in these T&Cs, bets which have already been placed will not be voided and You will be paid any winnings and/or unwagered deposits, unless there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

12.8. A bet which You place and confirm, cannot be amended, withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.

12.9. When You place a bet on the Website and Games, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and agree to these T&Cs and Game Rules.

12.10. Winnings will be paid into Your Member Account after the final result is confirmed. However, and without prejudice to any other clause within these T&Cs, LeoVegas reserves the right to forfeit and withhold any winnings should there be investigations into the result of an event resulting from a suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result of the event. If the irregularity is confirmed, then LeoVegas retains the right to void any related bets and resultant winnings, if any.

12.11. If bets, which exceed any stipulated limits, are erroneously accepted by LeoVegas, the excess amount will be disregarded, and the bet amount placed will be revised accordingly and the difference paid back to the party and counterparty of the bet.

12.12. Communication errors do occasionally happen. Bets are confirmed only when received on LeoVegas servers in Malta. Should there be a break in communication after You offer a bet, and such bet is received by LeoVegas servers prior to the communication break, such bet will still be considered valid. You will be informed that Your bet has been accepted once communication is re-established at which time the bet may have been already utilised. You will receive information about the outcome of the bet placed. If the bet offer is not received at LeoVegas servers then it will not stand, and the bet amount will not have been taken from Your Member Account.

12.13. If a Game is started but fails or produces an inexact result due to a breakdown of the Game account management software and/or of the Game and/or of the random number generator, all the stakes and wins coming from that Game will be cancelled and the Game account balance will be restored to its position prior to the start of the Game. In this case the funds You bet will be returned to Your Member Account.

12.14. If You disconnect Your session with LeoVegas during an active Game, the amount of funds You will have staked will be returned to Your Member Account. When applicable, amounts of un-wagered stakes will be returned to Your Member Account and confirmed bets will be processed and winnings will be credited to Your Member Account, if any.

12.15. LeoVegas endeavours to make no mistakes when quoting paytables; if any mistake is inadvertently made, LeoVegas reserves the right to modify the payout ratios even once the event has finished (when applicable).

12.16. In the event of software or RNG malfunctioning, the bet will be considered null and void and the amount of the stake will be returned to Your Member Account.

12.17. LeoVegas reserves the right to change the prize of a promotion, if it cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In this case, LeoVegas shall ensure that You are placed in at least the same, if not in a better position.

13. Payouts

13.1. When the outcome of a Game You participate in is determined or, where applicable, LeoVegas has confirmed the relevant result of an event and settled the markets, all winnings will be available for use in Your Member Account.

13.2. If LeoVegas mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, You are obliged to notify LeoVegas immediately by email. Such amount will remain the property of LeoVegas and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account back to LeoVegas. If You withdraw the funds erroneously transferred to You before LeoVegas becomes aware of such error, the amount erroneously paid will constitute a civil debt owed by You to LeoVegas in terms of applicable law. If you have already re-wagered such winnings as stakes prior to LeoVegas becoming aware of this mistake, then such game participations will be annulled and voided, such stakes be refunded to Your Member Account and any winnings be seized again, unless there are sufficient funds in Your Member Account so that the winnings erroneously credited to Your Member Account may be deducted again from Your Member Account without the latter having a negative balance afterwards.

13.3. LeoVegas reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures at any time.

14. Bonuses

14.1. Bonus Rules are provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these T&Cs by reference.

14.2. LeoVegas reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to You, if such bonuses have not been used within one (1) month from the date on which they were awarded.

14.3. Should You use bonus funds given by LeoVegas in breach of any Bonus Rules or to play on Games which are not included in the list of Games that count towards meeting such bonus requirements as indicated in such Bonus Rules, then LeoVegas reserves the right to refuse withdrawals connected to abusively used bonuses, confiscate bonus money and/or winnings gained by abusively wagering bonus money without notice, and to freeze, suspend or close Your Member Account without prior warning.

15. Cancellation of Bets

15.1. LeoVegas products are consumed instantly when playing and, therefore, LeoVegas does not accept requests for cancellations of bets or stakes or refunds when You are playing. If You play a Game with real money, the money will be drawn from Your Member Account instantly.

16. Withdrawals from Your Member Account

16.1. You may withdraw any amount up to the “Available to Withdraw” balance in Your LeoVegas Member Account by issuing LeoVegas with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website.

16.2. To free Your Member Account balance and withdraw all Your funds, You must first cancel any bets or actions which remain outstanding.

16.3. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. LeoVegas will not accept requests for withdrawal made by telephone or electronic mail and LeoVegas employees are not permitted to circumvent these instructions.

16.4. Assuming that You have submitted Your verifiable identification documents (if applicable), LeoVegas will endeavour to process Your withdrawal request within five (5) working days, wherever possible. However, withdrawals are only permitted for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals from preliminary Member Accounts (with a maximum duration of 30 days and allowing maximum stakes of EUR 150) are prohibited.

16.5. LeoVegas will credit Your Member Account back using the same method used to deposit funds in the Member Account, whenever this is possible. Upon withdrawing funds, Your own bank or other payment provider may add a further handling charge which may vary over time and for which You remain responsible.

16.6. LeoVegas may request (additional) verifiable identification documents, especially if you have not yet provided such a documentation, or, if the validity of the identification documents provided as a copy has expired, before processing withdrawal requests and also reserves the right to review Your Website/Game usage to detect any irregular or fraudulent playing patterns.

16.7. Irregular or fraudulent player practices include, without limitation, the following, and shall be considered as such for bonus play-through requirement purposes:

a) Equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting;
b) Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of Your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
c) Bets placed through duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same user.

16.8. Should LeoVegas deem that irregular playing practices have occurred, LeoVegas reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or winnings connected to the irregular playing practice and to confiscate all winnings and bonuses obtained through such irregular playing practices.

16.9. In the case of withdrawal requests pertaining to funds which have never been used for wagering, LeoVegas will only remit Your funds when the extended due diligence procedure has been successfully carried out. LeoVegas reserves the right to apply a 5% charge on withdrawals of a minimum amount of €10 (in words: ten euros) or equivalent, if such amount has not been used at least once for gambling on the Website, unless you completely close Your Member Account and withdraw the complete remaining balance in your Member Account, in which case no deductions will be applied. In any case, the payout will take place with the description “unused deposits” as reason for the transaction. If a withdrawal request covers winnings and unused deposits, then this will be clarified in the description of the reason for the transaction and the respective amounts will be specified accordingly.

17. Closing Your Member Account

17.1. If You would like to close Your account, You must send an email notifying LeoVegas on the Customer Support Contact as indicated in Section 2.1 of these T&Cs. The remaining balance in Your Member Account will be transferred back to You once Your identity is verified and any documents requested are submitted, if applicable.

17.2. The method of repayment will be the method, which You have used at last for your deposits. If this method does not work or may not be used for withdrawals, then the payment method will be used, which you have used prior to the payment method used at last and so on.

17.3. LeoVegas reserves the right to close Your Member Account and to refund You the available balance, at LeoVegas’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

18. Inactive Member Account

18.1. Your Member Account shall be deemed inactive if it has not been accessed for twelve (12) months and has a real money balance.

18.2. According to the new Inter-State-Treaty on Gambling entering into force on 1st of July 2021 in Germany, we have to verify the identity of players annually. It is impermissible to allow a game participation, if the last identity verification is longer ago than twelve months. However, withdrawals shall remain possible, even, if the last identity verification is longer ago than twelve months. Therefore, we will set inactive all Member Accounts of players after the expiry of twelve months since the last identity verification, until the identity of such players may be re-verified, which will regularly require Your cooperation.

18.3. LeoVegas shall notify You at least thirty (30) days before Your Member Account is due to become inactive. In such case, You will have the option to withdraw Your funds, subject to any procedures for withdrawal set out herein and in accordance with laws and regulations, and to close your account.

18.4. Where Your Member Account becomes inactive, LeoVegas may elect to charge a fee for inactivity or to close Your Member Account. The latter will regularly take place at the latest twelve months after the becoming inactive of your Member Account. Fees may only be charged to an inactive Member Account as long as that Member Account does not go into a negative balance.

18.5. Where LeoVegas elects to charge an inactivity fee, such fee shall be a monthly administrative fee of €5 (in words: five euros).

18.6. Where LeoVegas elects to close Your Member Account, LeoVegas shall, without prejudice to any AML legislation, endeavour to refund Your remaining balance, by remitting the funds directly or by contacting You using the information at LeoVegas’ disposal.

1.Unless expressly stated, bets relate to the next official match / event / round in which the listed participants / teams should participate as scheduled.

2. All relevant events must be completed within the same day or session, as listed in connection with the offer. If this is not the case, all bets on the offer will be refunded. 22) For selected events and without being allowed to touch <Section A, Paragraph 5, Clause 4>, WoS allows the user to place bets and combine results and events from the same event (also known as intra-event combinations), either by previously specified combinations that are in your sports book or through the [BetBuilder] function. Unless otherwise stated, betting is based on the relevant rules that determine the particular sport to which the bet relates, either in conjunction with the betting offer or the sport-specific rules. All listed events must be fully satisfied for the bet to be considered won, and any draws will be counted LOST unless otherwise stated in the offer (example: A bet on the victory of team X and that it has more than 8 corner kicks is counted as LOST if the listed team wins and has exactly 8 corner kicks). Should any part of an intra-event combination be set to "INVALID" in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules (example: the intra-event combination included a bet that player would hit X, but the listed player did not start the game if he / she said it was sport-specific rules would have been obliged to do so), the corresponding selections, which come from the same event, are also set with odds of 1.00. In the event of abandoned events, all pending bets will be void, with the exception of those

23) “Teaser +” gives the user the opportunity to use the same preset amount of points for all results that are in the reinsertion of a profit (combination) that contains deviations (handicaps), total amounts (over / under) or a combination of both assign. 5. Profitability Analysis

1) When billing results, WoS does its best to obtain first-hand information (during or immediately after the end of an event), through TV broadcasts, streaming (web-based or other sources) and official websites. If the information is passed from first hand and / or from official sources and / or if there are obvious errors, the settlement of the bet will be based on other public sources.

2) The settlement of bets does not include changes due to and / or due to disqualifications, punishments, appeals, legally dependent results and / or successive changes to official results after the conclusion of an event and the (preliminary) announcement of a result. For bets related to competitions spanning more than 1 round / venue, only changes that concern bets that have not yet been paid out will be taken into account. Such measures must be announced by the responsible association before the last scheduled round / venue is taken into account. Any changes made after this date will not be considered. Neither do other factors related to bets that have already been settled and related to events,

3) Events that have not been punished and / or confirmed by the official side (e.g. inadmissible goals) will not be taken into account for the settlement of the bet. Basically, and unless otherwise stated in the offer, WoS bills the offers on the basis of the exact point in time at which the game was interrupted or resumed due to the respective event (e.g. the ball goes out and it follows Throw in or kick or it rolls over the goal line). Bets related to the frequency of a particular event (e.g. total number of corners) and / or the execution of a specific action require that the event actually takes place during the specified time interval (e.g. the execution of the corner) , If the event is only awarded but not carried out,
4) All bets on matches / events that have not taken place or the result of which is at the green table will be declared invalid.

If the event is not resumed within 12 hours of its start time, all pending bets associated with the event will be void.

6) In the event that an event is abandoned and should start again from the beginning, all bets that were placed before the initial game and that could not be placed due to the results derived from the game before the task, could not be placed , declared invalid regardless of whether or when the game continues

7) Any event that does not start within 12 hours of the kick-off time as last published by the governing association will be declared void. This includes cases such as games that are postponed due to bad weather, mass unrest, or similar scenarios. An exception to this are events whose start times are not officially defined by the leading association at the time of the bet or those that have to be played on the same match day due to planning conflicts / TV broadcasts and are postponed (wherever applicable). In such cases, bets will stand, provided the event listed is the next official commitment of that particular tournament / league / competition that is planned for all participants in the offer.

8) If events are not completed before their usual end and a result is announced by the association no more than 12 hours before the start of the event, WoS will use the announced decision as the official result for offers that relate to the result of the event relate, like game, draw no bet and double chance, provided that the announced decision does not change the outcome of said betting offers at the time of the abandonment. In this case the stakes will be refunded. All offers relating to the recording of special events (example: total hits, handicaps, etc.) are declared invalid, with the exception of such results,

9) All bids on incomplete matches / events for which the responsible institution has not been confirmed beforehand (e.g. friendly matches) will be declared void, unless at least 90% of the specified regular or total playing time has been played, see Section B, paragraph 1.1. If the match / event is canceled after 90% completion, the settlement is based on the current result at the time of the cancellation.

10) The settlement of betting bids such as shots, shots on goal, possession of the ball, assists, rebounds, etc. is based on the definition with which the officially responsible association published the statistics. WoS only accepts complaints from a personal interpretation of the terms and conditions if irrefutable evidence can be presented.
11) With "complete" or "place bets", unless otherwise stated, no stakes will be paid back for participants / results who do not take part in or withdraw from an event (both during and before). WoS reserves the right to apply Tattersall's Rule 4 (see Section Section B, Paragraph 6) to competitions at its sole discretion, as stated in connection with the betting offer and / or the relevant sport-specific rule.

12) There will be no bet refunds, even if the result of a match / event is a participant / result that was not listed for betting purposes. For all betting offers, the account holder has the option of requesting the price for a participant not listed / a result not listed. WoS reserves the right to refuse such requests at its own discretion.

13) If a participant is disqualified / withheld / blocked for a subsequent part / a subsequent phase of an event / competition, the time of the disqualification is set to the time at which the participant was removed from the event. Regardless of the modifications due to such actions, previous results are not changed.

14) If two or more participants share the corresponding end positions and no odds for a tie are offered, the payout is calculated so that the stake is divided by the number of participants who share these respective positions and settled accordingly. The payout always corresponds to at least the stake. Head-to-head betting is an exception (see Section B, Paragraph 2.5 and Section B, Paragraph 5.19

15) With "group bets" (alias "best of X") all participants have to compete for the event so that the bets are valid.

16) With "group bets" (aka "Best of X") at least one participant from the selection list must successfully complete the event for bets to stand. If this is not the case, and the responsible association does not have the specific tie-break If criteria are followed, bets will be declared void.

17) In the case of a "head-to-head" bet between two or three participants, all listed participants must start the corresponding round / event to which the bet relates so that the bet is valid.

18) In a "head-to-head" bet between two participants, all bets will be refunded if both participants share the rank / event or are eliminated in the same phase of the competition. However, if the responsible association has the specific tie-break -Follows procedures, the bet remains valid.

19) In a "head-to-head" bet between three participants and more than one final result, the odds are divided between the results that are on the same rank. It does not matter whether the net result is less than the stake of the Is the account holder.

20) If a head-to-head bet is offered between different rounds / stages, all participants must take part in the next round / stage in order for the bet to be valid.

21) If the organizing association considers it necessary to play additional rounds, matches or series of matches (e.g. play-offs, play-outs, postseason) after the end of the regular season in order to rank, league winner, promotions / relegations etc., unless otherwise stated, WoS takes into account the results and outcomes of those matches for billing purposes for the final league ranks, promotions, relegations, etc. Thus, for example, the season bets on the winning team of the NHL relate to the Stanley Cup winners,
22) Bids in which the performance of two or more participants / teams are compared over a specified time frame / competition will only be settled based on the result of the listed participants. All other participants in the same competition / event are not important.

23) Unless otherwise stated, all bids on a single player's performance in a specific home league (e.g. overall goals from player X in league Y) or "head-to-head" bids on two player performances in home leagues ignore the events, that take place during possible play-offs / play-outs / postseason games, as well as all other matches or match series after the regular season.

24) Bids on a total of occurrences / events achieved by a particular team in a single team effort in a specific home league (e.g. overall goals by team X), or "head-to-head" bids on two team efforts in home leagues (e.g. most penalty minutes in League X - Team Y vs. Team Z) or for a cumulative league performance (e.g. team with the most yellow cards in League X) do not take into account the events (unless otherwise stated), that take place during possible play-offs / play-outs / postseason games, or other matches or series of matches after the regular season.

25) If, in a bet on the performance of a single player in a specific home league (e.g. overall goals by player X in league Y) or in "head-to-head" bets on two player performances in home leagues, one of the following events for one If the participant takes place in the selection list, bets are declared void:

(i) The participant does not take part in at least 50% of the specified matches (only possible play-offs / play-outs / postseason games);
(ii) The participant does not take part participate in at least one other match after the bet has been placed;
(iii) the participant scores the same overall result as the other participant.

26) If one of the following occurs for a bet on the performance of a single player during a specific event (e.g. overall goals by player X in the international competition) or in "head-to-head" bets on two player performances during specific events If one of the participants in the selection list takes place, bets will be declared void:
(i) The participant will not participate in the entire event;
(ii) The participant will not participate in at least one other match after the bet has been placed;
(iii) The participant achieves the same overall result as the other participant.

27) During specific events, WoS may choose to offer a reduced selection of participants for bets and also include betting options such as "All Others", "The Field" or the like. This option includes all participants not listed except those specifically listed as available are.

28) Bids for a participant or for the performance of a participant in a specific event (e.g. player X against the field) are declared invalid if this participant does not participate in the competition.

29) Any form of qualification before the main event is considered a valid part of the relevant competition. Thus, every participant who leaves the qualification is considered a loser compared to every participant who has previously qualified or is successful in qualification.

30) Betting bids that originally required participants to take part in two or more stages / stages to advance to the subsequent round of a competition remain valid even if current match dates are postponed / postponed. However, the prerequisite is that the respective game takes place within the corresponding competition.

31) A qualifying market bet that originally required only one stage / stage to advance to the next round of a competition (including any extensions / additional matches such as replay games) will be void if the match required for that stage is not within 36 hours after the actual start time is decided.

32) If an event has been removed from its originally announced venue and / or if its game surface has changed, this will not be taken as a reason to invalidate the offers, provided (i) the sport-specific rules do not prescribe such a thing and / or the new venue where the event takes place is the habitual “home location” of any participant involved in the game, except as required below. As a general principle, WoS refers to the home team (host) and the away team (guest) in accordance with the definition published by the leading association for this particular game / competition. Betting on games played on so-called "neutral venues" remain valid regardless of whether such information has been published in detail in the betting offer and / or the positioning of the teams on the betting board / notice board. In such cases where there is a discrepancy between the positioning of the teams / participants on the official website and their placement on the betting board / notice board and such a discrepancy leads to a significant impact on the chances of winning the game / competition, WoS will invalidate affected bets. Such a possibility is only considered in cases where the discrepancy has a material and visible effect on the bets. For example, in cases of swapped home and away teams in an ice hockey game, WoS will void bets. Regardless of this, WoS will consider bets on events where the so-called home advantage is not taken into account and in the case of neutral venues. Examples of such cases include, but are not limited to, tennis tournaments, MMA fights, individual competitions in general, or special events such as the final or final rounds of team competitions held at predetermined venues such as the Superbowl, the NCAA Finale 4, or the Italian soccer cup final, even if the venue can be considered a potential "home venue" for any of the teams involved. In such cases, said events are considered to be played on neutral venues,

33) Information on the gender of the team, the age group and youth teams as well as various definitions of reserve teams (e.g. teams B and C) are considered additional information. The inclusion (or omission) and correctness of such information are not sufficient reasons to invalidate bids for the respective match / event. The prerequisite for this is that this does not cause any obvious inconsistency in the quotas offered.

34) Although WoS takes all necessary measures to ensure a credible reproduction of all involved components of a betting offer, it can be assumed that certain terms are represented differently due to different interpretations through adaptations in other languages. Such linguistic mismatches are not sufficient reasons to invalidate bids for the respective match / event. The prerequisite for this is that this does not cause uncertainty among other participants. The same applies to names of events, teams, sponsors, etc.

In the event that the reduction per innings is 2 or fewer overs in one twenty 20 match and 4 or fewer overs in another limited overs match, bets will stand. Stakes will be refunded to players who are not participating in the game. In all other cases, bets will stand irrespective of the time of substitution / substitution of the player. Own goals do not count towards the settlement of this offer.

4) Unless otherwise stated or mentioned in connection with the betting offer, all other goal-related bets require that the listed player (s) play from the beginning so that they are valid. Own goals never count as a goal scored for a selected player.

5) For all bets on yellow / red cards, booking points, etc., only the cards that are shown to players on the field are valid for settlement. Cards, disciplinary measures or bans for players who are not actively playing on the field at the time of the punishment, as well as disciplinary measures after the match has officially ended are not taken into account.
6) All discipline-specific bets on players (e.g. yellow card, red card, number of fouls) require that the listed player plays from the start of the match.

7) "Booking Points" are calculated according to the following rules: yellow card = 10 points, red card = 25 points. The maximum score for a player is 35.

8) "Head-to-Head" and "More / Less than" bets on the performance of one or more players in a match are considered valid if all listed players play from the start of the match.

9) "Head-to-Head" and "More / Less than" bets on the performance of one or more players in an event / competition are considered valid if all listed players participate in the event / competition in any stage.

10) All bets related to accumulated overall competition results (e.g. goals, corners, cards, penalties etc.) are settled on the basis of the official statistics of the responsible association. Unless otherwise stated, the cumulative amounts of these bets include any extensions but no penalty shootouts.

11) Unless specifically stated, all bets on the number / selection of trophies of a winning team of a season are based on the performance of the team in the following competitions: home leagues, the equivalent of the corresponding FA Cup and League Cups as well as the Champions League and European League. Other trophies (e.g. domestic or European Super Cup, World Club Cup) are not taken into account.

12) The "Domestic Double" is the victory of a team in the equivalent of the respective domestic league and the FA Cup.

13) For settlement purposes, bets based on the number of cards given by the referee are counted as follows:

· Yellow card = 1 · Red card = 2 · One yellow and one red = 3 · Two yellow and one red = 3 The maximum number of cards per player is 3. Only cards that are shown to players according to C.14.5 are eligible to play.

14) Bets on whether a particular player (s) manage to score from certain areas of the field (e.g. from outside the penalty area) are settled based on the position of the ball in which it was located as the shot was taken by the player, no matter what other distractions the ball's trajectory experiences after the initial shot. To clarify: It is to be understood that the lines that surround the penalty area are regarded as an inner part of this area of the field of play. So if a shot is taken while the ball is hovering over the line or touching all or part of the said line, the shot is not considered to be from outside the box.

15) Bets where a single player hits the crossbar, goal post or any other part of the frame that represents the goal area will only be placed if such a move has been made, if the shot does not result in a direct hit was awarded after the ball touched part of the goal frame. Only shots on the goal frame that are opposed by the opponents of the listed team are taken into account when paying out. If a player fires a shot that hits the post that his team is defending, it is considered an unplayed move.

16) During certain events, WoS may choose to offer a reduced selection of participants for betting (e.g. any unlisted player from Team X) or a single participant can represent the entire team (e.g. every player from Team X). In both cases, for the purposes of billing, all unlisted team members are considered to be the starting eleven (and thus billed), including substitute players, regardless of whether they participate in the game or not.

17) Bets on the performance of players who start the match on the bench will be considered void if the player is either listed in the starting XI or does not participate in the match at all.

18) For offers such as Next Goal Scorer, Next Carded Player, Next Template, or Man of the Game, bets will be refunded if the selected player does not participate in the game. Results for this offer include all results that are achieved during a possible extension, but not during the penalty shoot-out.

19) Bets on "Next template" for a single hit will be considered void if the governing association declares the corresponding hit to be without a template, if the corresponding hit is an own goal and / or no further hits are scored in the game. Results for these Bets include all hits that are scored during a possible extra time, but without penalty shootouts.
20) Bets relating to the conversion of penalty kicks and / or their result are placed according to the result that occurs on the field, according to the rules that cover such a specific scenario and in cases of penalty shootouts that remain valid, regardless of the format specified by the senior association during the penalty shoot-out. Bets stand in the event that the penalty must be withdrawn and are placed with the result obtained from the penalty withdrawn. As a general principle, payment is based on the concept that unless the penalty kick ends (and is paid for) with a given goal, the first person / object / place (as appropriate) to touch the ball first after the shot, is considered as the winning result, regardless of any other person / object the ball touches in its subsequent trajectory, if any, after a previous deviation. The following examples are given as general guidelines for payment: Hit is the winning result in the following transformed penalty kick scenarios

Any penalty kick that is converted without being distracted; • The goalkeeper touches the penalty kick, but the ball still lands in the goal; • The penalty kick touches the frame before it hits the goal. "Safe" would be the winning result in the following missed penalty scenario:

The goalkeeper deflects the penalty outside the goal frame; • The goalkeeper deflects the penalty on the post / crossbar. "Wood" would be the winning result in the event of the following missed penalty kick scenarios: 1. The penalty kick hits the wood before it is touched / held by the goalkeeper; 2. The penalty kick hits the wood and the ball moves outside the goal frame. "Any other forgiveness" would be the winning result in the event of a penalty kick that lands without any other distraction, whether by the goalkeeper or by the wood outside the goal frame:

The exception to the scenarios described above would be cases of penalty kicks in which the ball hits the wood, bounces off the goalkeeper and ends up in the goal; such a penalty would be deemed to have been executed if the situation described occurred during any part of the game that was not a penalty shoot-out, the penalty shooter missed the penalty and the "hitting the wood" would be the winning result.

21) Any other decision made by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) that does not match the original decision made by the officials on the field (including non-decisions such as permission to continue the game before reviewing the video), which means the status understood of the game changes at the time the bet is placed, will affect all bets in the timeframe between the current occurrence of the original event and the final decision of the referee regarding that event, which is believed to be void, provided that the betting stakes offered for the specific betting offer by the Use of the video evidence remains unaffected or has already been added to the stakes at the time the bet was accepted.Betting on all other non-related betting offers, including those determined by any game between the time of the original event and the decision following the verification of the video evidence, that will not be affected / changed by the video evidence decision.

For purposes of results, the video evidence review must be viewed as if it had occurred at the time of the original event for which the video evidence may be used, even if the game was not interrupted immediately. <Operator>, in accordance with <Section A, Paragraph 6.2>, reserves the right to reset any previously placed bets in which betting will become incorrect by following the final referee decision, provided that the decision is made before the game ends and / or the listed time frame is recorded and communicated.
To avoid any doubt, WoS will consider the video evidence to be used if it results from the referee gestures (e.g. hand movements, stopping the game to check the incident itself) and / or use of the video evidence from the match report, the published by the official association, is confirmed. In cases where it is unclear whether the video evidence was used due to lack of television footage and / or conflicting reports, WoS will place bets based on the information provided by the material providers and generally accepted online sources based on impartiality.

22) For payment purposes, markets related to the team shown on the next card (booking) and / or "total cards" will always consider a red card as 2 cases of a card shown and will be paid accordingly , The following examples serve as guidelines: The first card shown in a game is a direct red card. The team that receives the card is set as the winning selection for offers cards # 1 and # 2; The first card shown in a game is a yellow card followed by a direct red card for the same player without a second yellow card shown. The team that receives the cards is set as the winning selection for offers cards # 1, # 2 and # 3; * The first card shown in a game is a yellow card followed by a second yellow card followed by a red card for the same player. The team that receives the cards is set as the winning selection for cards # 1, # 2 and # 3.
23) Markets referring to which specific player is next to be warned or to receive a card must be understood and set in the order in which each player is warned or dismissed by the referee. The card color shown by the referee is not taken into account when placing this offer, and the decisive criterion is always the order in which the individual player is likely to be entered in the referee's book. For disbursement purposes, it is possible for a single player to be listed twice as the "next player with one card", as much as both bookings occur during different game breaks. If 2 or more players are warned during the same game break,

24) Any reference to "free kicks", presented both as an individual result and as an event, is also considered to be considered as a case for sanctioning offside and other rule violations, except for those that will be penalized with a penalty.

11) The disqualification / resignation of a player before the "cut" means that the player missed the "cut". A disqualification / resignation after the "cut" has no meaning for the original settlement of the bids "reaching the cut" ,

12) If in "Head-to-Head" bets for the best final ranking in the competition one player misses the "Cut", the other player is declared the winner. If both participants miss the "Cut", the player with the lowest score is at the time of the "cut" the winner. If both participants with the same score miss the "cut", the bet is declared void.
