Can I make withdrawals of my real money balance even if I have a bonus on my account?

You sure can! You can withdraw and deposit as you feel like whilst you have an active offer without forfeiting it. To see the expiry date of your offer, simply refer to the Information provided through the corresponding "My offers" card.

Can I remove the offers and bonuses you gave me?

You can decline any active or pending offers directly on the offer card. Alternatively just ignore your card and it will expire after a set amount of time.

Head on over to your personal My offers page to see the offers and bonuses currently available to you. You will also notice a notification next to 'My offers' when you have something new waiting for you!

I just claimed my Free Spins but they aren't showing in the slot.

Where can I see the wagering progress of my welcome offer?

You'll see the progress on your welcome offer card.

I changed my mind, I no longer want a welcome offer.

It said I had a sign-up offer but the 'My offers' page is empty!

You have to claim your sign-up offer within 14 days after creating your account. After that the offer expires and is removed from your 'My offers' page. You can find it in the 'My offer history' page, where you can see the date and time of when it expired.

Why do I have several welcome offer cards but some are greyed out?

You need to fulfill the requirements for the currently active card and claim it before you will be able to interact with the next card.
