In this
Ontario blackjack variant, your main goal is to build a hand as close as 21 without busting (going over).
To win, your hand value must be higher than the dealer's without busting, or the dealer must bust while you remain under 21.
In the case of a tie, you’ll ‘push’, which means, your ante bet(s) are returned. If there happens to be a tie on 21, you win.
Blackjack pays 3:2
Insurance pays 2:1
Bonus 21 and Super Bonus 21 are boosted payouts that are possible on hands achieving 21.
Before the round begins, you want to choose the value of chips by clicking on them and putting them into the bet box.
The dealer will then draw cards for each player, and two cards for themselves. One will be shown face up while the other is placed face down.
You can select your actions at this point, including Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split, or Cash Out. It’s also possible to place side bets during this time, including Hot 3, Bust It, 21+3, and Match.
You can double down on any two cards before and after splitting but you can’t hit after splitting Aces.
